When Steph's dream of being a teacher didn’t go as planned, she decided to breath life into her “maybe someday” dream instead. Within months she opened her dance school and for 10 years has been holding space for hundreds of children of all ages to release their stress and build confidence through dance. 

 

Dance has offered Steph the chance to explore her passion for teaching combined with what she knows about art and movement. Every day in the studio she commits herself 100% to empowering her students to make mistakes and embrace the confidence that comes with failing forward.

Her passion and commitment to her community drives her through the messiness and mistakes that come with building a business. And what we, her dance families, get to witness is how her passion and willingness to make mistakes influences and empowers our children to do the same.
