My HUGE takeaway from this conversation is that we have to grow through what we go through and that includes grieving and letting go of the "normal of yesterday" (thank you Teresa D for that reframe).
You have it in you to handle what is coming... you have a superpower... YOUR MINDSET. Your mindset is like the scaffolding for all thinking. When you shift, adjust and fortify the scaffold to create the framework of what you WANT to build, all of your thoughts and behaviours then align themselves to that. YOU'VE GOT THIS!
