From being diagnosed with depression at a young age, through believing that her happiness would come from climbing the corporate ladder, to suffering deep postpartum depression, Rhonda decided that she was done trying to fit in and knew she needed to figure out how to finally be happy!


She quit her ‘good on paper’ life and dove head first into the role of personal trainer. The movement and energy of her new life filled her up, and more to the point, she realized that helping others to feel better is exactly what she was meant to do on this earth.


After a lifetime of believing that she just had to make the best of the life she was given, Rhonda took full control of her life and created the life she always wanted!


Now as a personal trainer, nutritionist and life coach she helps women to bust through their own bullshit and do away with their excuses, so they can rise up and create the life of their dreams!
